Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans are composed of 100% black beans from Bourbon vanilla pods. Separated from the pods and dehydrated, these beans are often used in baking for their attractive visual appearance in pastry creams, macaroons, ice creams, and jams. Unlike vanilla caviar, these beans have no aromatic power and come from the vanilla extraction process. Grown according to the rules of Organic Agriculture without additives or preservatives, they are packaged in one kilogram vacuum bags and serve only as a visual marker, without adding any taste.
